About us

Lizzie Donaldson, the Founder, has practiced as an employment lawyer her whole career. Lizzie was passionate to take her years of legal experience, diffusing workplace tensions in global organisations, and bring that experience into workplace nurturing.

Berry started in January 2024 from a belief that Lizzie could use her skills to help multiple leaders in global organisations and sectors. Lizzie is based in Scotland with her family and is passionate about workplace dynamics and helping businesses realise the opportunity their workforce can bring if lead well.
